People are quick to run this to micro managing, I see it as a woman who probably had no idea on the in depth operations of her new found company and shes trying to learn and learn quickly.

I agree, but her listening in to meeting, learning the playbook, and listening to the play calls is not micromanaging. It can seem overbearing to some people, but if she is not telling them how to do their jobs (which outside of wild speculation, there are no reports that she is doing this), I do not equate her actions to micromanaging.

At the end of the day, she's rich as frick and that team is her toy to do with as she please. Support it or not, that's your business. That also applies to Jerry, Gayle, Blank, etc.
