Maybe the most naturally uncharacteristic former quarterbacks in modern history.

It's hard to find someone who is more naturally a dbag than him

If he can do car reviews for rich people he can throw a football.

The only home grown videos I’m watching has nothing to do with Derek Carr

Crazy, Brees would be rehabbing not creating YouTube shows.

It’s pretty obvious Carr is not exactly a fierce competitor. That’s fine. I probably wouldn’t be either had I already won life financially.
But you look at some of these guys and they’re borderline fanatical about competing and winning, prolonging their primes, putting themselves in the best possible position to win late into their careers. Carr seems fine to go through the motions and collect a nice check.
Derek Carr chose to sign with one of the worst retreads in NFL history in Dennis Allen when he was cut loose from the raiders. It was comfortable, easy, and lucrative. For a guy who is all about the bulldogs he seems to have very little of it in him.
I really hope we can recoup some of the money we owe this guy.

The season before the overwhelmingly majority of this board was fine with Allen being named HC and thought he deserved the chance. And now you shitting on Carr and his competitiveness for getting paid well to go play for the coach who drafted him?
That’s a mighty big stretch.

Ehh there were plenty of us who hated the hire.
And yes.
