Your wish will soon be granted. Estimated costs are around 1.2 billion, and plans could be finalized by the end of the year. Would still be 5-6 years before the team would play there though.

The Eagles have beaten the Falcons 6 straight times EDIT: in Philly. Andy Reid is undefeated 15-0 coming off of a bye week. Eagles win this one.

I know the Eagles beat them in Vicks first game back to Atlanta, I think it was 2010. Last season they should have beaten the Falcons but Vick for slammed into his O-lineman am was knocked out the rest of the game.
