quote:Agree. For the Saints it all comes down to the tackles. If two, or please God three, OT go before #8, the Saints can get an elite player. If the OTs slide, we're in trouble.
ter looking at Fano and Mauigoa’s full combine, they didn’t hurt themself. Fano killed all the drills and Mauigoa’s arms were longer than previously reported. They are the wildcards in the top 10 that can really sway who falls to us

browns traded for a RT from houston and gave him a 3/63 extension. Not overly great news for an OL at 6 imo.

You can count on one or two players being combine warriors every year. But it FA's that really shapes the mock drafts lol

If tweet fails to load, click here. I wonder how much thought we’d give to drafting Mauigoa and plugging him in at RT, and moving Fuaga inside.

I would be good with this but people will melt.
That said, I think he’ll be gone as he jumped in front of Fano the last couple weeks in mocks.
Monroe Freeling also looks good.

Red alert: a Guard getting a very high RAS score

With a lot of guys only doing certain drills now, RAS has become kind of muddled. If they’re skipping drills they aren’t great at, we need to really pay attention to RAS.
Not this guy in particular, just in general

I didn't realize they were still getting scores if they were skipping drills / testing

makes it less likely we take a CB I would guess, just based on Kellen saying he really values guys that participate

Depends on Fuaga I suppose. You don't move a guy that's adamant against it though. As someone mentioned the melt of taking a tackle to move guard it's a real possibility if the value is there.

Fuaga is a prototypical RT. We should be more concerned about Ruiz Island next to him.
