Imagine screwing up and having 24 hours - with almost unlimited resources - to figure out what you’re gonna do if the cops come for you. And, you don’t contact an attorney and settle on I was chasing after him to punch him because I thought he was running away after calling one of my friends ugly. And then, get interrogated without a lawyer, placing yourself at the crime and identifying the others with you and lying to the detectives that have security footage of the incident. Yikes.

Everything you said is right except he had about 36 hours, not 24, so it’s even worse that he wasn’t prepared for it. Guess he hoped it’d go away, but he still could have hoped that but prepared for the worst. Oops.

court hearing has now been pushed to Mar. 8th. The further this gets pushed and delayed, the better chance of fricking 2022 season imo.

Was looking for other examples of off field incidents w video, and the most recent example I saw was Hunt getting 8 games. They referenced 6 being the max and the league adding on an extra 2. Could not find why they did and why Hunt just took it; maybe previous history or because it was a woman (neither apply to AK). So, it would appear the standard is a max of 6, and since it appears AK's group was the aggressor I change my original thoughts and think the league gives him the 6 games. Maybe he can get it reduced to 4 games due to no other prior off field issues.

Nothing to do with kamara and this case but the saints desperately need to upgrade at rb2. They need to draft someone at running back this year.
You can get good talent in the 4th-6th at running back.

Kareem Hunt had three separate incidents of assault in less than a year’s time. Of course he’s also on video pushing a woman and kicking her while she’s on the ground
