The frustration isn’t with the fact that we suck. It’s the lack of faith in the front office to make the right moves and evaluations to get us better. The people in charge of doing that are the same people responsible for getting us to this level.

You clearly have no concept of how this works. The state is lucky to have the NFL and NBA. Lose the Saints or Pelicans and, I assure you, they will never be replaced. The state population is stagnant. Louisiana has two Fortune 500 companies only. Our standard of living is low. Our tax base is small. New Orleans is small, shrinking is size, and the state TV market is not competitive. The NFL has not expanded since the mid-1990s. If the state loses the Saints, London, Mexico City, St. Louis, and one Canadian city are in the front of the line. New Orleans will never return to the NFL. And the city, sadly, is one major hurricane from being erased and the league knows it.

You don’t HAVE to be in Louisiana to be committed to keeping the team there.
