They have so many bad contracts and are fricked until at least 2026. The dead cap # is eye opening. Draft a franchise Qb next year, let him sit behind Carr for a year then play him the next year.
The issue is they can’t trade anyone because of the contract situations. Maybe Olave or granderson but that’s it.

I have no doubt that the Saints have a 3-5 year projection on salaries, and the cap. They have a plan. Not going to say it is a good one, but they have a plan.
I am not a Dennis Allen fan at all, but the defense is good. Everyone on the offensive staff should be replaced.
With the number of seemingly bad contracts…..all the Saints have to do not miss on ANY draft picks over the next two years and we are back baby!
I would love to know what the “additional” money a team makes for making the playoffs? This really seems to be the goal of the front office at this time.

If this year keeps going downhill, you cannot keep Dennis Allen.
He is the one who begged Pete. He had a chance to interview whoever he wanted.
He just isn't a very good head coach.
