Boy, sure glad we avoided all those soft tissue injuries by moving to W VA.

You could have TC in the mildest of climates and you are going to have injuries.

Finally, some good injury news.

Looks like Glenn Foster, Terrance Frederick, Steve Hull, JeRon Hamm, Ben Grubbs are also not dressed out
Plus Brees, J Jenkins, and Bailey.

V Butler nowhere to be seen.

If anyone calls Brees "overpaid" anymore, you know they don't really follow the NFL anymore.

Brees is a bargain again.

I'll just consume more Jimmy John's to make up his deficit.

Eh, it's football, injuries are going to happen anywhere. Who's to say we wouldn't have more injuries if they were in NOLA? We've been pretty lucky so far with no major injuries.

No word on exactly what's wrong with Grubbs or Butler though?

You guys are kinda over-analyzing a passing comment.

But still, it's concerning.

What's concerning about it? Out of all of the injuries we've had so far, everyone seems to be on pace for week 1.

As far as we know.
We're just speculating at this point.

You have to be mindful about nagging injuries.

And missing camp comes with its own problems.

I'm not freaking out, but these reports are still crappy.

I agree. I don't want Grubbs to go through last season like Evans did. While it doesn't seem like it's a sports hernia, that was the first thing that came to mind when I read that Brees had a strained oblique.

The heat would be worse. Cmon doohoo, don't lose your mind yet.

Injuries from dehydration and soft tissues are higher in 90 degrees weather as opposed to 70 degrees. Doesn't mean it is totally exempt from it. If it prevents 2-3 players from unnecessary injury, and giving the players less strain due to the heat, its already worth it.

If you're keeping score at home, that's...

Glenn Foster, Terrance Frederick, Steve Hull, JeRon Hamm, Ben Grubbs, Brees, J Jenkins, Bailey and Erik Lorig either not present or in pads today.

Didn't he come off the field in the scrimmage with an injury?
