If you're saying you save 3k a month and you don't have health insurance you're an idiot. One accident or illness and you would wipe away whatever it is you did actually save in an instant. You'd have to be a serious retard not to pay for at least a cheap arse high deductible catastrophe plan.
For someone who claims to be planning for the future, you're going about it in a totally irresponsible way.

He's also about to be subject to a penalty for not having insurance.

This isn't that unbelievable. Likely he got raped in a divorce and filed bankruptcy. That how you end up with 23% interst on a car loan.

Really bad. Usually thy can't even go that high on a preowned vehicle. 21 is the highest I've seen.

23% interest on car loanquote:If you can get to six digits and live like a broke college kid for a few years its amazing how fast that money can compound. This is what I do, I live as if I am a broke arse pinching pennies while other people my age blow their paychecks on alcohol, clubs, titty bars, video games, and other worthless shite
you sound like a loser.

sadly, that is the case many times, it's not necessarily that he's bad with money, but sometimes the legal system joins up with the ex to try and sabotage your finances

Shake the haters. Your numbers look about right to me if you're accounting for tips which you aren't reporting.
Keep it up.
