The gray one with the two ladies is called a Portland loo. Pensacola just stalled like 4 of them at about 140K a piece which included site work and bringing in water and sewer connections from a fairly long distance.

$3.8 for a modular, which defeats most of the purpose of modular, is insane no matter where it's located. This doesn't even factor in how shitty (yeah, that was on purpose) it looks.

Permits and studies. Did their mayor visit Baton Rouge to learn how to properly drag out a project indefinitely?

$3.8 million for a concrete box that took 4 1/2 years to build. Am I missing something? Is this satire?

That is downright criminal. Scary that it’s being celebrated by a bunch of dipshits.

Money laundering. I could rent the equipment and build this by myself in less than 4 years from digging the foundation to turn key.

The original bathroom design took 9 years to build. Was the old one built by Teedy?

Read it again they were being sarcastic the original took a little over 2 years to build and cost 1.7 million less than this theft of public funds.

Think about this. We are at a time when you have to make things look shite so that people will not mess it up... Or if they did, no one would notice..
