I've been married 11 years and together for 21 years with my wife and can honestly state that I've never classified her as a nagger of any sorts.. I haven't really changed much and she accepts what I am.. She married you and if you haven't drastically changed, remind her of that.

Tonight on the way to dinner she jumped down my throat for honking at a car in front of me that wouldn't turn left on a green light

Earlier she's not a nagger and now she can't keep her mouth shut. Your obviously unhappy. Accept that and then decide what you want to do. If you want to work it out then make an effort to change things
