You're obviously not from New Orleans and didn't get the joke. I was talking about the infamous Canal Street Brothel (no Asians) where the madame had a black book of powerful people that went there, and poof, during the investigation it just vanished. No one ever found out the clientele. So here's how it works...if you're a baw and go to a seedy Asian massage parlor, if you get arrested your face would be plastered all over the news. If you are a baller or a politico, then you go to your more discrete establishment, and the powers that be will protect you. No debate, that literally happened.
