damn that chick has burned through each of her brain cells from MDMA and crack.
Pretty damn sad, you can tell at one point she was a pretty Cuban mami that did well in school and had some hope and dreams and now she's walking around in a bra with a dunlap scratching her belly button doing the damn thing making arrests for the Federal Marshalls and hyping up her favorite condiments.

You can try I suppose, but drugs like marijuana often result in inhuman levels of adrenaline being released, resulting in above average strength and nearly endless pain tolerance. All you can really do is let the "high" run its course and wait for lucidity and normal physical abilities to return to the junkie.
