The Western Hemisphere? Do you realize that includes countries like Mexico and Brazil among other Latin American nations? On a per capita basis they are far worse compared to the US. And those numbers in many of those countries are likely underestimated due to the large number of missing people and overall corruption

The videos they have been showing of the other person and now this one are clear enough someone has to know who those two people are. Hell the first persons walk/strut was enough to distinguish them even before the clear video came out.

Yep, can someone definitively say this person has been located and questioned?
Until I hear that multiple times from officials including federal officials then I continue to believe this is being slow played to protect this individual and the network assisting him.
