No one is asking the question....
Why was he tazed?
He was tazed because of non-compliance.....
Like every one of these so called racist incidents.....non-compliance leads to the perps ultimate fate.

can you guys IMAGINE the outcome if he would have ... I dunno..listened to the cops ?
I always look at these things from what I would do. Within 2 seconds id have hands up, arms behind head, kneeling down if instructed , just complying.
Am I crazy?

They taze, he doesn't go down, they yell get on the ground, he doesn't. They tackle him, he continues to resist, then reaches for his gun, cops open fire and they kill him. Pretty simple.

Where did I say or even imply that?

And when an a-hole felon is reported to be armed outside a store, and decides not to comply with responding officers and takes his life into jeopardy by actively resisting the officers, his death is a possibility.
With all the " white cops love to kill black men" rhetoric, you'd think a brother hanging outside the "stop and go" would make sure he doesn't give the supposed "trigger happy cops" a reason. Right?.... Instead, this wart on the arse of society, decided his life wasn't valuable enough to preserve and wanted to take his chances and play the odds. Maybe he thought these cops were pussies and he could bully them and back them down. Likely something he has done in his hood his whole life to anyone who tried to check him.
Don't get me wrong. Resisting is not and should not be an automatic death sentence. But if you're an innocent man just hanging out and two fired up cops show up to deal with you, don't stand your ground and fight a loosing battle. Be smart and realize something bad has gotten twisted and chill. Learn to fight another day.

Just the mindset of the people out there. Actual quote from the Periscope feed just now:
"In they police handbook it say it OK to shoot a black man if he look suspicious."
How are you going to convince that potential juror of anything.
BTW, the guy standing on a car leading the protest is demanding the immediate firing, arrest and imprisoning of both officers.

Maybe, maybe not.
But you'd be alive to get further evaluation.

Don't resist dumbass...the court system exist for you to state a case where a guy with a gun isn't in control of your life and he/she just wants to get home to their families. That seems to be the one constant in all these cop shootings, some a-hole wants to argue and fight a cop instead of taking it to the courts where it belongs.

You know this how?
As I pointed out earlier, you're being just as disingenuous as Tangerine about this video. You're making an assumption that simply isn't verifiable.

Not at all. In almost everyone of these situations, the incident wouldn't escalate with compliance. That doesn't necessarily justify a shooting though. Hopefully the other angles show more and can either exonerate the cops if justified, or offer evidence to convict if not.

I was scrolling through a Facebook comments section of the video and the replies were just pouring in. Some of my favorites included "the white man is the devil" and "we have to stop being emotional and just kill the killers".

Nothing got "twisted", he was a paroled felon brandishing a gun selling illegal bootleg CD's outside a store. Cops arrive, he doesn't comply, reaches for said gun, and he dies. He wasn't some innocent guy eating Cheetos and hanging out

Exactly. Think how many arrests happen everyday where no one gets shot. Hmm I wonder how that happens with all the racist blood thirsty cops out there?
It's a confirmation bias. If I showed you videos of all the successful non violent arrests today then showed you this one it would be much clearer that this guy had multiple chances to reverse the enevitable events but instead did everything possible to make the police use deadly force. But routine non violent arrests don't make Facebook or the nightly news.

You see him slide his right arm down and the cop yells "gun! Don't move!" I mean...This is pretty damn good evidence I would say.

People are stupid on both sides. This place is full of "thug POS got what he deserved." 99% of the population is too ignorant to understand the nuanced natured of some of these situations. Sometimes the cops are justified but it is still a tragic event.
