specifically 3 pages, give or take 20+ arrests over the past 10 or so years. including a charge in 2009 resisting arrest with an illegal firearm as well.

I am not going to argue but can we at least agree if the DA would have complied, he would still be alive today?

I came back because my flight got delayed. And what crap? Stop assuming shite and wait for the trial. I've said 15 times that I think sterling was in the wrong yet you still act like I'm ignorant and pronounce that he is in no doubt guilty like youre the judge and jury. Unless you know more than us monkey boy, I'd suggest letting the trial do the talking

Nope. There seems to be a lot we don't know. Too much for me to have a clear opinion at this time.

The moron just wouldn't listen and got himself into a shitty situation with cops that weren't going to be killed over him not complying.
No doubt. I'm not saying that the cops murdered the guy or anything, I am simply saying that the one cop made the situation worse for everyone by attempting a tackle. Furthermore, how was the other cop even supposed to know that he was about to attempt a tackle? It just seemed like a bone-headed move on that guys part.

According to this FB page, yes.

Think about this: The cops are called in to a suspect flashing a gun. The cops are on edge knowing that this situation is in a bad area of town and the suspect is armed.
Now, ask yourself this question. Why did it get to the point of tasering? Obviously, Sterling was being defiant and wasn't complying to verbal commands. So, the situation is elevated to a whole new level. The cops taser him...
The tasering isn't knocking him down. The cops try and take him down (still knowing he's armed with one gun and who knows what else). For all the police could know, he's armed with a gun and a knife.
Sterling still isn't complying with the officer's. Didn't they say:
Officer 2 gave him another command not to move. Obviously, in this split-second, heat of the moment situation, if you are the suspect you should know to be frozen at that particular time. Any slight movement towards the location of the weapon and the officer's are going to use whatever means necessary for their safety.

They're not shopped.

the officers didn't want to get shot through his pants either
I don't understand why this concept is so foreign. I got downvoted for posting earlier that Sterling could have shot the officer without producing the weapon from his pants. Guns can shoot through clothing. A trigger can be pulled from the outside of the pants. His hand attempting to go by the gun justifies the police ending the threat.

so 10 cops can tackle him and him get shot cause he was resisting?
I guess? It seems like many things would have been smarter than one of the cops making a rogue tackle on the perp.

What you described would have ended up the same results but made the police look even worse. You can argue that if they had pulled the gun from the get go, he might have complied. But that'd be a dumb argument seeing how we already saw him resist arrest and kept trying to resist when they pulled a gun on him while they were on top of him.
In your scenario, we'd see a video of two cops pulling a gun on Alton, him moving or looking like he was potentially going for his gun that they know he has been waving at people, and then everyone would be in an uproar because they killed him without trying to take him down and arrest him.

It was embedded in the picture.
