Go away tang.... You are over the top here. Btw you coming to protest at Juban????? I didn't think so. Learn about life and quit trying to be fricking Jesse Jackson.
Protest what? I have already stated numerous times that given what was happening on the ground, I believe the shooting was justified. Just because I think the police could have handled it differently from the onset does not mean I still do not believe the shooting was justified . Go grab a beer

curious, why dont cops use tasers or shoot them in the leg in situations like this to get their attention?
in the end, its stupid that people cant understand that if you dont listen to authorities then be ready to pay the price. all these protesters and civil rights leaders act like a black criminal has NEVER done anything wrong.
Because most average small-town USA cops are not SEAL Team Six caliber snipers. I bet most only go gun range once a year for their yearly qualifications. Plus it potentially opens the city up to a larger lawsuit if you just shoot and injure the person.

I'm impressed it only took 164 pages for someone to recommend the old shot the leg/arm as a warming tactic.

They tased his big arse twice. Are you just checking in to this whole thing? Serous question. Not being a dick for once.

Several cops down at protest in Dallas.
Huge protest in New York
Eta: Fox News showed a few officers laying motionless by cars. Units surrounded and made a barricade and those laying were loaded into cars and sped off. Officers still on scene taking cover. All in Dallas

They used a taser. It didn't work.
For nc, he wasn't restrained. Watch the video again. At about the 5 or 6 second mark he lifts his right shoulder to reach in his pocket. That is exactly when they say gun, gun. U can say I am just being biased because of LA. The truth is it would be easier on the community if the officer was convicted like will likely happen in Minn. Idiots will lose their mind once the officer gets off.

#1 - they tried to taze him twice
#2 - shooting someone is a life and death decision. Shoot to kill, not aggravate

He was or someones are extremely under skilled and/or trained for the job they are performing.
I remain open minded unlike others. Not convinced this is a clear cut justified killing yet.

I agree they probably could have done a better job of de-escalating things. I am just talking about the shooting part.
I seriously don't know if they can bring charges for not de-escalating a situation well enough.

They did use a taser. Twice.
How about you do some actual research before talking out of your arse.

Excuse me patnuh, but I said it was inappropriate and he had no business sticking his celebrity into the situation.
I did not say you. But the thread on the rant is funny. They really are handling him with kid gloves "he's entitled to his opinion...first amendment at play...he's a good role model....I hope the fan base does not turn on him..he's young, etc". It really is funny

Sounds reasonable.

Alton Sterling shooting - discussion thread
I feel like one cop said "he's got a gun" and the other cop reacted to that.
Did you watch the video , the guy went for his gun , he left the cops no choice but to shoot him ..
In close range like that if the perp had gotten to his gun those cops would have been in trouble , the cops did the right thing ...
