The wannabe Lebron in the bed of the pickup with the Holy Man is adding exactly what to the situation?
He needs to get a fashion consultant, visit an orthodontist, learn how to film using a video camera and go right home, not in that order.

I'm prone to side with the cops here because even if he wasn't reaching for a gun, if one appeared from his pocket during the struggle then I don't fault them for doing what they needed to do. You cannot expect them to wait until his intentions are clear in a close quarters situation like that.
However, that video doesn't support or exclude any particular angle. To argue otherwise is ridiculous.
Video initially looked bad for the cops but after watching it a few times I couldn't tell what the hell happened. If the dude had a gun, it was probably justified.
Just looks horrible the way it happened but doesn't tell much of the story

What is the cop yelling while he simultaneously shoots him? Can't make out the words
It's GUN...then don't f ing move bro ....
But is he saying "don't frick with me"? Just hear 2 pops after that
Also what is Alton saying on the ground? "You're breaking my arm"? Or "All your weights on me"?
Add: sounds like screams "Play stuff with me?!!?!?"

You can't shoot someone because they have a gun on them. Only when it's in their hand or when they're pulling it out.

The fact that you can follow up your first thought with the second one is what is ridiculous. You just clearly contradicted yourself. Everything that you just stated would support the police is clearly in the video. They were responding to a complaint of a man with a gun. They shouted, in a very concerned tone, that he had a gun.

These cops didn't murder anybody.

So you can just murder people for having a weapon and resisting arrest? What bitches
No but you can defend yourself from a non-compliant felon with a weapon. how can you argue that Having a gun a resisting arrest should never result in the use of deadly force?
How could you possibly expect someone to be a cop if people could walk around with guns and wrestle cops and resist arrest?
You are either a fool. Or you are some spoiled rich kid that has never been out of the suburbs.

Isn't that murder in the first degree? This would be considered second degree.

Where'd they get the pics? I can't find any names like these in BR on Facebook.

Just seems IMO the cop at his head could have just as easily pistol whipped him and dealt with "police brutality" instead of killing the guy. Yeah play dumb games and all but seems to have escalated a situation that would have been on a middle page of the Advocates Metro section to what might be a national story.
