And there seemed to be a struggle, then the cop mentions a gun, and then warns the man if you move you're dead, then cop yells he is going for it, or something in that manner.
The cop felt threaten and used deadly force, nothing wrong here. Comply with athority and save it for the judge. Don't fight cops especially if you're packing, you will never win.

Maybe you should volunteer some of the considerable time you waste spewing your BS on the board helping rehab some felons awaiting release. You'd get to spend time with those that you constantly support and maybe that would help them avoid a repeat of their mistakes when released. Otherwise you're wasting oxygen that would be better used by others.

C Denise isn't wasting this chance for some free coverage either. Wonder when the chief hate mongerers will be here? Maybe since our AG doesn't have to pretend to be looking into HRC's illegal activities anymore BHO will send her here to investigate. The only other thing we are missing is the "he was such a nice boy, selling CD's so he could go to college" dialogue.

You do realize that people can be against bad cops and criminals in the general public at the same time, don't you? I'm not saying these cops are bad. There is much more information that's out there. The police have already said they are reviewing the store security footage.
