Wrong. As usual

I did work in the tallest building in Juneau. Your anal beads must have distracted you while reading

It really is when compared to most other dining experiences. Not something I'd do every week, as previously stated, but I guess I like a little variety.

What's with the insecurity about this topic? Your defensive sarcasm seems as unwarranted as ever.

This guy has more chops to know what he's talking about than anyone in this thread.

And I love the fried shrimp at Galatoires.

I actually do feel sorry for you if it makes you feel better. No one deserves to go through life angry with no family and fiends. Not even narcissistic liars like you

I like it occasionally but it's few and far between that we go to fine dining

I dont think youre in a position to feel sorry for anyone, with that autistic brain and social instability.

Anal retentives usually die alone.

In addition to your anal retentiveness and autism, youre clearly living in the 1950s Junior.

Just how redneck are you? For instance, do you wear shoes? How about tshirts with your overalls…or are you an overalls only kind of baw?

We had a jazz quartet and a pianist named Bobby Reynolds. Both were unnecessary, but at least Bobby played some decent songs occasionally.

But lately at Foodland IGA in Juneau, the music has been coming from an actual keyboard player: 81-year-old Bobby Reynolds.

We went to a place in Houston a few months back that had a whole ensemble playing on the balcony overlooking the dining room.

Caesar salads and martinis were made tableside via rolling cart.

Bobby is great. Classically trained and a comedian when he's not stuck in a stuffy restaurant.

Hes old now, but still gets around.

He played the "Girl from Ipanema" when I walked in because he knew it was my favorite song.

I like fine dining, I don't like pretentious dining, if that makes sense?

I like, occasionally, going to a very nice restaurant and having extraordinary food that I don't usually eat.

What I don't like, however, is when a place is fancy just to be fancy, if that makes sense. Where it's pretentious, not to improve the quality of the food or the atmosphere, but to just seem more stuffy/pretentious.

It's one of those differences where, when you see it, you know.
