I started Valtrex on Thursday morning and this morning I woke up feeling much better. Slept all night and didn’t wake up every time I had to move. The spot on my back was the most painful and I could feel the pain deep into my muscle and today that is gone. It has started to scab over and it’s just a bit tender as any healing wound would be. I’m hoping I got off easy and this continues to improve. I can’t even begin to imagine how people deal with severe cases. I have a high pain threshold but some of the stories I read were horrifying.
