1 10mg Delta 9 gummy a half hour before bedtime. Sleep through the night and no hangover the next morning.
I don't take them every night, only when I know i need to sleep good.

Yes. I don’t drink and cut back on caffeine. I’m 43.

Get a prescription of Seroquel and thank me later. It stops the mind from wondering and you'll fall asleep.

I’ve heard the best way to fall asleep is to to try and stay awake.

I used to use Melatonin and that still works if I use it but I have been trying my best to avoid it for fear of developing a dependency.
I think Melatonin is pretty safe to use.....

I have the exact same struggle. I honestly have no answer for this. I just sleep around 3-4 hours of broken sleep a night.
try a sound machine.

Anyone struggle falling asleep?
------------------------------------------------
chronic since 2012 following a difficult divorce
& my sleep cycle never reset.
i dont sleep without meds
fortunately, good meds help. (good meds are controlled substances)
Lunesta 3mg (for sleep induction)
& Ativan 1mg ( to slow your mind down/anxiety)
+/- Seroquel 100mg (to stay asleep)
**sleep deprivation will take a toll on your health rapidly
. get sleep by any means necessary!

I have a buddy who has no problem falling asleep, but always wakes up three hours later and struggles to fall back asleep again.
Any recommendations for him?

Used to but much improved. No one thing did it.
Less work stress, CPAP, more consistent exercise, lower sleep temperature (wife refused for yrs but started sleeping w a heating blanket but still complains room is too cold at 67 or 68)

Not at all
Try exercising
You’ll fall asleep immediately, especially in the summer

Surprised no one mentioned sex. After a vigorous round, collapse from exhaustion and pass out. Of course your spouse has to agree.

Snake oils baw!
Im 48 and used to stress like mad. I harvested my field of fricks and didnt replant. Have to let go of things that are absolutely out of your control. That did it for me. Although my kids are all gone, I wouldn’t worry about the things I can’t control. I sleep very well now.

What time of day do you typically work out? Are you taking a pre-workout? How much caffeine do you consume in a day?
Also, what time do you typically go to bed and what do you do that hour leading up to it?

I need help before I birth a Tyler Durden or develop health problems for lack of sleep. Any suggestions?
I for sure believe you are in your forties.
