My dad got transferred to Marksville for his job back in the early 2000's.We lived in a house in Hessmer and got out of there within a year and a half. We moved back to Lafayette and he commuted there for another year. My sister actually graduated from Bunkie High in 2001.

Dad is from Bunkie class of 77 I think. Had some great memories visiting my granny in Bay Hills area growing up.
