We got ours back in the evening on 8/30. We lost ours after the heavy winds already had moved through our area.

We live off highland by starting and all of our neighborhood has power but our street. It’s super frustrating.

Ouse was hit by a branch and partially pulled out at my house. Only one of three wires (strands?) still connect so I only have some lights and a few outlets. No ac.

That parts on you. Not Entergy. Call your electrician buddies to come hook you up.

Myrtle Grove (near Perkins Rowe / AG Warehouse) came on last night. Entergy map still shows that neighborhood down.

I guess that is a good sign.

93,928 EBR Entergy customers currently without power. That’s an increase of 2600 since 10pm last night. Officially.

Still no trucks in Pollard/Woodchase.

25% of Pollard still had power after the storm passed, and from what I could tell all of Woodchase did.

Monday morning at 8:30 they shut off the parkway and Woodchase, then yesterday mid morning they shut off another road in Pollard.

Still have not seen a truck working in the area.

We spotted a couple of Entergy bucket trucks yesterday surveying lines at the front of Pollard Parkway and down Forsynthia, FWIW.

We live near Tara and Old Hammond. Still have lines and poles in the road. Haven’t seen a bucket truck yet. Only a tree crew to pick up some of the downed tree.

Entergy fixed all the stuff at the entrance to my neighborhood to get essen back up and running but didn’t even bother to come fix anything in the neighborhood

Same for the place I’m staying except most of her street has power.

No hope for my area, I fear

Hearing conflicting reports for Jefferson Terrace area…both from neighbors who talked to lineman

1. Said late last night or today
2. Another said 2 more days at least.

Anyone hear anything solid? Both of these reports were from yesterday.

I am hearing similar...all hearsay of course. Someone talked to a lineman this morning, and they keep getting close to energizing, but keep finding small things to fix first. "Likely coming on today."

Near Goodwood/Sherwood and going on Day 3 without power despite minimal to no observable damage. Random places in the neighborhood are getting power but of course Entergy provides no actual update and their map is not working.

Entergy, as a company, is trash and I was attacked by Facebook Karens for saying as much. How dare I attack these "heroes" that are working so hard to restore our power.

Well, I wasn't attacking linemen. I was stating the fact that Entergy's attempts at keeping people updated were and are terrible.

But everyone today is a hero for doing their job and must be treated as such.

Glad to hear it isn’t updating as I was thinking it looked the same today as Monday. Now I have some hope that maybe progress is being made and I’m just not aware of it LOL. FYI I’m on DEMCO but their map won’t even load so I’m hoping through entergy’s map.

Please lay out in detail how you would do it better.

Jones Creek and Coursey

A tree took down a transmission line that feeds the coursey substation. It's going to be awhile for that area.

This seems to be the problem for both Entergy and Demco in the SE area. This substation feeds all the other substations in the area. Could also be why you aren't seeing trucks. Need the transmission wire fixed before they do anything.
