Any update to Shenandoah/White Oak area? I know there’s a tree that took down a line right in the bend on George O’Neal. Anybody working in the area?

Trees pulled down a bunch of lines down on Old Hammond around Old Goodwood, can’t drive through. Looks like Town Center lost power again.

Anyone with updates in denham area. Would love to think we might be on in the next day or so

According to Demco. This is not encouraging AT ALL. We're strongly considering just going to Lafayette and cutting losses with the refrigerators.

"Though we would love nothing more than to restore power to all members at this time, without repairs to transmission and transformer poles, that isn't possible. Also until damaged infrastructure is repaired, we cannot begin to replace distribution poles and lines and estimated times of restoration are not possible.
Our message is that this will be a weeks long process and members should make plans now for their health, safety and comfort.
Crews are beginning their work to replace and repair damaged infrastructure and if they see something they can fix - and it's safe and within their means to do so - they will make those repairs on the spot. We will not know nor can we plan for any of these since as-they-go fixes."

Thanks. Sounds horrible. Hopefully they underpromise and over deliver.

Follow up: anyone know what’s up with Cox internet. Worked through the storm and all day Monday. Went out late Monday and not back since. Message says they are working on it but no time estimate.

I've seen quite a few areas who made it through the storm with power intact, who lost power yesterday

Sometimes they have to power down some areas to fix others. It sucks

There's a small crew working in that neighborhood across from Bowie on Perkins.

Same. I had it all throughout the storm, and when I sat down yesterday morning to watch the coverage, the cable froze and internet went down. Been out since.
