Flair showed what the mic could be. Nobody used it like him before with that level of success. The Rock, however, learned and became better. I'm? not sure of who I can think of who could say something in the "moment" and it become instantly baked in (doesn't matter, spinaroony, jabroni, smack down hotel, etc.). Rock is the GOAT
