That looks like to patient I had to turn a few years ago that ended up with me having two herniated discs in my lower back.

I collapsed L5-S1 and now have wedging trying to manipulate a woman his size.
(L2-L3-L4 are now broken from when L3 slipped out of place and popped right back in damaging the bottom of L2 above and the top of L4 below, that was from trying to plug in the IV pole at an awkward angle and a tight socket late last year as a patient. I now walk like Tim Conway’s little old man character.)
