Had the opportunity to get back out to the local parks this last weekend, weather was gorgeous.

As the birds begin moving South you should start seeing more diversity in the yard. The rain has put a damper on that so far in my neck of the woods and the doves still rule the feeder.

Pigeons are ruling my feeder. When I let the seeds grow underneath the feeder, they stayed away. When I cut it down, they returned.

I've been seeing more warblers again. We're going to try to head out to the Falls of the Ohio to catch some of the migrating waterfowl this month.
