I live in the area and am 99% sure I saw this guy turn and walk down Fiero street around 8pm.
Was watching the lightning storms and remember him cause I thought he looked drunk.

It probably took BRPD 10 minutes to respond to the emergency call even though they were right down the street at the B-Quick or within 3 miles roaming College drive or Perkins. They probably didn’t call for back up to start surveilling the area looking for the guy until 30 minutes after the call.
It would be great if someone made a request for the police report and the logs of BRPD in response to this call. There’s no doubt a snapshot of the surrounding 5 mile area would show that 5-10 police units were within this zone and could have responded and assisted in the persons capture.
