Well when you have Ochsner running the same ads, and the Fed government is pushing the same info; I’m sure there is some kind of immunity covering them all

If so we could sue every politician that runs a campaign ad.

The ones that gets me are the commercials about Long Covid. They say doctors don’t know what causes it, but vaccinated to prevent it.

Those piss me off too.

We are not talking about campaign promises. This provable false information the State is telling their citizens.

Calm down. It was a joke.. And a campaign promise is pretty much a lie.

Judging from many on this board, many apparently don’t care when their government lies and misleads them, so I guess in retrospect, they truly do deserve all the banana republic that they get, because I mean, if your okay with that, then you should get much more of the same, and don’t worry, they will.

sovereign immunity

Herein lies the answer. If they have it for it, your suit will pretty much end at the filling of it.

I could be mistaken but the commercial said it "could" prevent you from passing the virus to someone else. A lot of what you see on TV is fake, let's find something else to sue them about.

No.

This is why the CDC changed the definition of "vaccine", so no pols or big Pharma can be sued for the lies they have told.

The Covidians will tell you this is all OK.

The vaccines saved countless millions of lives. Were they overblown? Probably. Still doesn;t mean they didn;t save lives, and that means millions worldwide.

Do it.

Go ahead and sue media too for intentionally lying at the request of the Biden administration.

Nothing to see here.
