It's both hilarious and sad that these people don't see that they are attempting to show how non racist they are with blatantly racist policies.

They just admitted they hire based on race

Honestly I’m okay with it. These white actors/producers/directors constantly spew their PC agendas and now their gonna be less likely to get work because of shite like this. Karma

Meh, wont bother me. I haven't watched CBS, NBC, ABC or anything like that in years.

There's youtube, netflix. hulu and many other vastly superior options like them that allow you to pick exactly what you want to watch at time that is convenient for you.

What a complete clusterfrick, why can't we just hire the best people for things instead of indicating what color they should be. This bull shite has gone way beyond looking for equality, people are now looking to dominate.

Affirmative action purpose

Affirmative action was introduced through the Employment Equality Act, 55 in 1998, 4 years after the end of apartheid. This act was passed to promote the constitutional right of equality and exercise true democracy.

Agree with you

People don't want equality. They want special treatment and for the world to see them as victims due to something beyond their control.

When will white people fight back against this?

They tried with voting for Trump but the equity people can’t handle best candidates winning fair and square so they stole it from him.

Progressives/communists dont understand equality. Equality of outcome is absolutely retarded, they cant understand why.

The went from equality of opportunity to equality of outcome overnight because of their bastardization of the concept of white superiority..

The rank and file are too stupid to know any better.

I envy my dad's lifestyle sometimes. He's retired and spends more than half of his life completely unplugged from the world in fairly rural Montana.

He doesn't own a television or a smartphone and is mostly oblivious to what's going on in the world.

I mentioned something about cancel culture to him on the phone a few months back and his response was "son, I have no idea what you are talking about".

In the racist 1980's The Cosby Show, with an ALL black cast dominated the ratings. In the early 70's/late 80's The Jefferson's was a top 10 rated show. Will Smith became a superstar after the Fresh Prince. ALL of that happened not because networks were forced by edict to produce "black" shows, but because those shows were highly enjoyable on their own merit.

Now we just have a bunch of shitty shows with ham-fisted diversity simply for diversity's sake. It benefits no one. Particular the black actors. The Cosby Show didn't dominate the 80's because the 10% of the black population loved it. It's because a HUGE number of white people loved it just as much.

And had quotas and affirmative action to the point that many successful blacks disliked being thought of as the quota or affirmative action black person.

Then with Obama Presidency victimhood came back in style.

Too many couldn’t even see opportunity in a black President. Not that he helped them much economically compared to Trump pre-Wuhan or by telling them the truth & getting them to trust him about false narratives like hands up don’t shoot when he decided using them just like white Democrats was better for him.

So this only affects stuff like Survivor, Big Brother, that race around the world show etc. I haven't checked, but I'll guess that the latest casts for each of those were already close to this number, so this is probably a hollow gesture

So I went and looked, and here is the link to the last cast of the Amazing Race
LINK
By my count, 22 contestants, 11 "people of color", plus 2 of the white guys are gay, so looks like they have already hit their targets

I just love how you get rid of racial preferences in the work force by creating more racial preferences.

Listen up kids. Gather around the fire. Pawpaw’s going to lay down some cold hard facts of life for you as you are about to enter the real world...

The world is fricked...

I’m sorry I don’t have better news for you, but we let the crazy people take over educating our children, propagandizing our populous on TV and the internet, and running the actual country. Good luck.

Last one left, turn the lights off.
