This doesn't fly. She looks right at him before hitting the gas and impact.
She was aware and indifferent to to harm she could cause. If he slipped on the ice, if her tires spun a little less, or if he was just a little slower he would have been a speed bump instead of just impacted

The one good thing that happened is that it cured Ms. Good's girlfriend of standing in the street, screaming at ICE, and obstructing LEO's.

Acting like small govt supporters are supposed to believe that the laws they support can’t be enforced by legal law enforcement officers or that those officers can’t defend themselves while enforcing the laws is attacking a straw man.
Equating Kirk’s death to Good’s death is a false equivalence and just pathetic and lazy. Kirk was not illegally obstructing law enforcement or even protesting them. No law enforcement officers were required to enforce the law on Kirk and arrest him for breaking any laws. Kirk did not flee to evade being arrested by legally standing law enforcement doing their jobs, put those officers in danger while evading arrest, and create the need for officers to shoot him.
You would not be the a-hole if this lady was doing nothing illegal/obstructing and was just standing in a public area holding up a sign in protest of ICE or protesting ICE during a respectful and legal public discourse session with others of various viewpoints, and a supporter of ICE got within range to murder her with a rifle due to disagreeing with her views that she was peacefully communicating in public and wanting to stop her from every voicing her beliefs again. Until you find facts that support this scenario you are the a-hole.

We now have a good law enforcement officer who has to spend the rest of his life with a new identity in order to protect his life and that of his family.
He - as a perfectly good and dependable law enforcement officer - is now a marked man by the multitude of idiots who would make his life hell and intimidate his children.
He will have to find a new line of work - any law enforcement job he got would certainly provide a link to his new ID.
This is a DISASTER - all for the actions of some corrupt MN officials with an evil agenda and getting the adoration of the legacy media and the majority of the Democrat party.
I feel sorry for any children of the deceased agitator. She is the only individual who has any responsibility for what happened to her. SHE is the only one who has a liability. In fact, her estate, if she has one, should be fined to apply to the new life problems suffered by the ICE officer.
Democrats are racing full speed into abject evil. F'em.
