The Decatur County Magistrate Court must have been getting too many complaints about the low bail. The "magistrate court" link is the ONLY one on the county website that is dead. Every other link on the site takes you straight to contact info for the respective department.
Bainbridge is only about 45 minutes away from where I live. It is a fairly conservative place, even though there is a pretty high minority population. The county went 62% for Trump in the '24 presidential election. If they put some of these Facebook mamas on her jury, the family may see some justice. Lots of folks around here fired up about this.
The police need to release that video asap.

what gets me is the same people who claim this isn't a racist country, that black people are the MOST racist, and that there's no such thing as white privilege, will claim that black people are predisposed to being dumb and violent and that they'd rather be poor and white than black and rich. essentially proving the point of people claiming that it is a racist country and that whites are racist.
I don't necessarily believe it, but lets say for the sake of argument that being white is an overall benefit to the individual. My question is: what did you do to receive that benefit? I still haven't gotten an answer from anyone here regarding the question I had earlier in the thread.
Has any other person accused of a crime like this, especially with video evidence, gotten such a low bail? That in and of itself is criminal, but no one wants to address that part.

There is one democrat in an elected office in Decatur County Georgia, a county that Donald Trump won by 24 points in a state where he won by 2.5 points. County and city of Bainbridge is majority white. Ain't no democrats in charge in either the city, the county, the state or the nation.

lol.... are you serious?! "hispanic" has never been a "race." It's why they have a special box on the forms that says "of hispanic origin" or "not of hispanic origin." A hispanic is just a person of Spanish origin (or descendant of them) of any color. Also referred to as an "ethnicity." For instance, both Lionel Messi and Sammy Sosa are hispanics. One is white, the other is black (or was at one time).
You have no right to call anyone's intelligence into question with something as dumb as this.

How does this happen? I have no idea what the standard is at daycares, but is it common for them to be around 1 adult for a lengthy period of time? In other words, there has to be someone else held accountable as well right?
