Homeowners feeding the deer is the problem. An area in Casper Wyoming is known for it. Mule deer all in the yards due to being fed. They will even come to vehicles wanting food. People roll down windows and feed them candy chips, corn, etc.

Let’s give some credit. Even though she screamed (like a woman?) she went to the rescue of her little yappy dog. And that old dude waded right into that deer, too.
