There were two other cops sitting on Floyd too

I am more concerned with how Blasé the EMTs were on the scene

I have no idea what point you’re trying to make

OK
I will try to make it simple for you.
Have you had any continuum of force training? If so, please describe it.
Do you have any experience in criminal defense? More specifically, in the defense of someone who has been charged with a crime related to them applying a continuum of force?

Nope. Not a damn bit.

Still don’t know how that relates to anything I’ve said in this thread

In this thread, you seem to speculate about a lot of things that, by your own admission, you have no knowledge of, or experience in.
If you can't figure out how that is relative, I definitely don't feel inclined to explain it to you!
Enjoy your evening!

As you can see here, the knee to the upper back / neck is demonstrated on page 73 of the Department’s training manual. Mr. Chauvin isn’t personally responsible for this technique... but the city is.

Does that mean he was barely dead?

Floyd threw himself on the ground. Several times in fact. Every time they attempted to put him in back seat, he would immediately go prone.

There is video of it. But they won’t show that part.

I will bet you my $1,000 to your $1.00 that this will never happen. It’s literally impossible he walks. If he did.....you better get out of the country immediately. Because what you’re seeing now (riots, etc.) will look like the opening scene to The Sound Of Music compared to what would happen if he walks.

It could very well happen. The corner has already determined the cause of death wasn't strangulation or suffocation.

The knee hold was an approved process to secure someone and was taught at the police academy he attended.

If it is possible to not be emotional about what you think you see on the video, there is really nothing to support a murder charge.

Question is will he get a fair trial. I'm thinking the jury might convict to avoid more riots. Whether they feel he is guilty or not. That dude is fricked beyond hope.

Absolutely they will

God I wouldn’t want to be on that jury

They’ll find out who is on the jury and start threatening you and your family members.

-Technique was in the MN manual until they took it down.

-Plausible deniability "I didn't know it was going to kill him." Difficult to prove he knew. Easier to prove he didn't care/was negligent/acting with disregard, etc.

-Combative suspect-The narrative that Floyd was compliant based on the first video where he was handcuffed is not the whole story.

MN's 3rd degree murder statute is different than many states and reads more like Manslaughter.

I think he'll get murder 3 (MN style) or Manslaughter and do 10-15 years.

But Mr. Floyd wasn’t a sick rabid dog. He wasn’t resisting when they laid him down.

Don’t let you anger and disgust for what the rioters are doing prejudice your view of what happened during Floyd’s arrest.

It wasn’t first degree murder, but there’s no way Chauvin won’t be held as responsible for or contributing to Floyd’s death.
