I am going to make a few predicktions.
Chef Puncher will have a dream team of lawyers, paid for by some mysterious, unknown benefactor.
Andy Dick's past will be dug up, he will be #metoo'ed until hell won't have him.
He will drop all charges so that written word of his history does not see the daylight.
AD will claim that dropping the charges is an act of altruism, specifically designed to help a fellow man, who had just had a few too many and didn't mean it.

I believe the guy, but only because Andy Dick seems like he’d do that. And most of the time people don’t hit others in that way for no reason. Unless they’re playing the knockout game which is possible but less likely.
