Her video really took me back to the 1990s. I kind of miss Cortana in that era.

Kids born today won't have malls to go to. They are all going extinct one by one.

They don't care about going to them much anymore. We have a teenaged daughter and she and her friends have little interest in malls.

Didn’t realize that Cortana was still open? So many memories such as Space Port and Chelsies.

Been closed for about a year. Will probably be demolished this summer.

Gonna be some good deals Jan 12-24.

Don't they hire liquidators these days that jack up the prices and lower them to retail so as to claim "discount?"

That video brought back a ton of memories. That place was so awesome in the 80’s. Our parents would drop us off on Friday/Saturday nights and we would roam around for hours chasing girls and catching movies. It was a glorious time.

We used to get dropped off too with a pocket full of quarters for Spaceport and maybe a few bucks for a slice of pizza. Sad to see what it looks like now.

It's probably a pretty foreign idea to parents today to drop off a group of 10-12 year olds and let them roam the mall free for hours with no supervision

Yep!!! Maybe get a new “tape” or a new poster from Spencer’s. Maybe throw a few pennies in the fountain.

There was a movie theater at Cortana Mall? Must be before my time.

I know Bon Marche had one.

Yea...there was one there. It was near one of the entrances. It wasn’t as nice and big as the one at bon marche.

I'm still surprised how long the Bon Marche theater lasted. It was still open in my JR/SR years of HS.

I remember going to see some crappy movie there in maybe 1995 and there were like 6 people in the theater and people were smoking cigs and weed inside and I knew its days were numbered

Yep...lots of great memories there too. The Siegen theatre did that one in. I think I felt my first boob in the bon marche theatre.

Damn...I remember that place too. It was in really bad shape in the late 80’s early 90’s. I remember seeing kindergarten cop there with the old hs girlfriend.

I remember seeing Arachnophobia there with my girlfriend. It's weird as hell that I can remember that and not the names of people or businesses from back then.

Just looked on wiki...says there was a three screen cinema operated by General Cinema Corp. I vaguely remember seeing the first Star Wars there as a 5 year old.
