Portuguese had the original Empire, they brought all of their slaves to Portugal, mixed with them, and now they don't really do much anymore.
Mexicans are mostly mestizo but there are some Mexicans that are completely white or very close. There are even some pure German communities in Mexico I think. I know there are some down in South America.
