Wow. Are you really arguing this? Look man I don’t care what your beliefs are but this is pure stupidity. There are thousands of witnesses to the validity of these writings. These books were written over a span of 1500 years. It wasn’t some group of slap dicks sitting around writing shite they weren’t benefiting from which is what all fictional writers do today.

The way I differentiate humans from every other animal is the ability to continue a cultural narrative from generation to generation. That lead to the very slow creation of language, agriculture, and civilization as we know it. It’s been tens of thousands of years of ‘standing on the shoulders of giants’. This progress is really crazy when you consider how quickly we forget our ancestors (great-great grandparents).
As someone else said, our species has always had the cognitive ability, but it’s been a slow creep from nuts and berries to today. The last 12,000 years and especially the last 100 years are truly remarkable. No one in recorded history was there when our human species began, and scientifically we will never get past a theory in my opinion. Boston Red Sox great Carl Everett has as much direct evidence for his claims as Darwin did.

I find this statement to be odd. I posted about the Qur’an, but let’s take any religious text. Do you believe them all? Is the Bahgavad Gita just as true as the Bible and the Dead Sea Scrolls? If not, why not?

You mean the book that was written strictly on memorization. It’s based on theology and morality vs largely historical events that were written and passed down and copied in the Bible.
