I have non transition prescription shades, so I eventually take them off inside because I’d rather be a blind non-douche

Twice recently.

In the Superdome for a Saints game. The new lighting around the base of the mezzanine is ridiculously bright.

And in the atrium at the Shreveport aquarium because it's a you know, all glass room that let sunlight in.

Yes. Mine are prescription and I sometimes don't bring my regular glasses if I'm just running out to the store, etc...

Depends on how bright inside is. During the day, sure.... not at night though.

Only until my eyeglasses transition back to clear lenses------so about 20 seconds or so.

I do own a few pair of sunglasses but they are not prescription lenses and the only time I've worn them was when I was using contact lenses to correct my vision.

My eyeglasses have all had transition lenses for years now and darken when in bright situations.

Only two types of people wear sunglasses indoors: blind people and assholes.

Sunglasses inside has the stigma of being a douche move. Perhaps because a few douches do it to look cool.

But if you think about it, there’s no reason why it should be bad. If it’s bright inside, why can’t you wear sunglasses? I’ve been inside where it’s been bright or the sun was coming through the window and into my eyes. I say it’s a douche move to laugh at someone with sunglasses inside. Why only limit the sunglasses to outside?

Only when I'm playing a gig. Gives the crowd the illusion that I am not looking at the lyrics on my phone.
