I’ve had 3. These 1st one is the worst. Like pissing a razor blade. Feels like someone has kicked you in the balls with a steel toed boot for 3 straight days. You will hurt like someone is twisting a knife in your back over and over.

It doesn't really hurt when you piss it out. It hurts when it is destroying a thin tube that is so thin it would be translucent if you held it in your hands. It is meant to carry amounts of liquid smaller than a drop of water through it. Instead your body is shoving a jagged rock through it, and ripping it to shreds.
And yes it fricking hurts worse than anything you can imagine. You can't get comfortable, or escape the pain.

Can i atleast get some good pills?
They are not gonna give you any pills until you start to pass it, but at that point, they will load you up. Believe me, when you need pills for the stone, you won't give a damn about getting fricked up.

What does it feel like?
Death. And that's not an exaggeration.
Mine felt like someone stabbed my lower right back with a hot knife and just kept twisting it for 3 hours while I lay in the ER.

I got nothing for mine. Instead while i was writhing in pain the doctor accused me of faking it, and basically called me a junkie. I fricking dog cussed him for hours until he finally shot me up with demoral. I immediately fell asleep because i had not slept due to hurting all night.

Excruciating pain accompanied by nausea. I had to go to the ER. They gave me IV fluids and an injection of dilaudid/toradol with phenergan for the nausea.

yeah, they sometimes do hold off a little too long. I threw up all over the floor while talking to mine and he went ahead and moved towards some pain relievers for me.

Is the pain worse than an absesed tooth?

I had one once. Nothing like driving to work at 70mph on the interstate in rush hour traffic and have an attack. That's how you separate the men from the boys.

I just remember laying in puke on the bathroom floor feeling like a mule had kicked me in the nuts while I was being stabbed in the lower back.
I wished for death.

I’m 33 and have more than I can count, got my first when I was 25. I’m healthy, not overweight, eat right and drink a ton of water. I have 3 in each kidney right now.
They don’t cause a problem until they leave the kidney and hit the ureter. Mine are always small enough to pass, never actually hurts to piss them out, just causes unimaginable pain when going from kidney to bladder.
I do notice that I’ll get one leaving the kidney a day or two after I being at the camp during the summer sweating my nuts off and drinking too much. Dehydration is a bitch.
In summation, it’s the worst pain imaginable. Until they hit you with the dilauded and you can feel it going through your veins and feel a warm sensation slowly travel down your body from your head to your toes...then absolutely nothing in the world matters.

How old are you.
Had my first stone at age 18. Too many since then to count.
Had a stone stuck in my pecker a few days ago, several bottles of water later I felt much better.
lol

The last two I had got stuck for a while at the end of the ureter right before it would have dumped out into the bladder. That just happens to be the spot where there is a bundle of nerves that is linked directly to your nuts. It felt like my left but was in a vice grip that would gradually clamp down for a minute a time and then reside and then start over again...lasted for hours
