How do you know I'm not black?
Keep your victim mentality and you are doomed to failure, and that doesn't matter what color you are. I don't see people of any color getting tickets.

cops target white areas for traffic tickets because you know what? they pay the ticket.. and a few other things that might get me band i wont say.
