You can net them at night with a spotlight. They won't fly away.

Idk but my dad had trouble with birds making nest on his porch… he tried everything, fake owl, short of the bare hand killing … what finally stopped them was just a few balloons filled with helium on strings, I guess it just floating in the wind scared them off he said.

Get a pellet gun and some bacon and ice water... make sure you have some charcoal. Shoot the bird, clean it, pull the breast out. Wash and soak in cold water for a bit. Wrap it in bacon. Dip in soy sauce throw it on the grill. You welcome.
