I don't understand his point, it's no hidden secret that anything south of I-30 treads toward hot garbage. There are a few nice spots here and there but the average income per household drops SIGNIFICANTLY.

Yes, I lived in DFW for one year. I remember going to Wal-Mart and immediately thinking I was in Mexico.
