The blind tiger used to be my go to back in the early 2000s late 90s. It really is sad for downtown. Shreveport has become. Maybe 50 Cent will change everything. Isn't that what they say up there?

No need to be in that area after 10pm. I heard that the riverwalk is rough after dark now days as well. Shame, used to go to that area a lot.

They need to shut Haze down or force them to close earlier than 4am. Couple of years ago two people were murdered on the sidewalk in front of Haze. There have been a lot of noise complaints (loud music not just gunfire) but the owner is on the DDA board so he can set his own rules.
