Not so Fast(In Lee Corso voice).

If you plan stuff out you can do it.

I was in Chicago and drove to Grand Rapids for a Wedding(DURING our Super Regional. ) and instead of driving straight back to Chicago, we detoured 8 hours to go see Michigan State, Michigan, and Notre Dame(I had no idea we'd have to ask a guard to let us go see the campus. ). All b/c we'll probably never get back up there again.

I've also left work 2hrs early for my son's football game in Slidell just so I could take HWY 90(Chef Mentuer) from Nola East to Slidell. I had never driven it nor seen that part of Louisiana before.

Just takes some plannin' b/c I got 4 of them little shitbiscuits.

My trips to Waco will take 7 1/2 to 8 1/2 hours no matter what route I take. I now take Hwy 90/I-49 through Lafayette up to Natchitoches, then take La 6 into Texas staying on basically that same road (with 3 number changes)to TX Hwy 6 in Marlin. Mostly 2 lane roads but in good shape and 75 MPH limits with not too much traffic. I love that slower traffic will drive on the shoulder to let you pass in Texas.

First time I saw that was on way to Stephen F Austin for a rugby match in 1996. We were driving up from LSU on a Friday night and kept wondering why these cars would pull over to shoulder when I got behind them. I thought they were afraid I'd rear end them. I was only 20. Forgive me.

I've never had this happen.

When we drove back from NOLA to Atl last year we took Chef/Hwy 90 from Nola East to Biloxi. It was a fun drive, and after getting east of 510 really interesting scenery...Pontchartrain on one side, Lake St. Catherine on the other, and then the beach road from Pass Christian to Biloxi.

Florida Georgia Line isn't country.

Hell, it's a stretch to call it music.

Riding dirty baw?

Interstate is the safest for riding dirty. You ever see any road blocks/dui checks on the interstate?
