When a lane is ending (two lanes turning into one lane) and there's traffic in the lane where everyone is merging...what pisses me off the most is the driver who doesn't get over until the very last second and skips over everyone else who made the responsible decision to get over earlier.
Everyone always gets mad about this. Those people are not passing everyone up and getting over at the last minute. They are actually doing it correctly. It is called the zipper method. Both lanes should fill up evenly and at the point of merger each lane should take turns with every other car going.By doing this traffic doesn’t back up as far and it doesn’t take any more time on anyone.

Riding with anyone who doesn’t have the proper following distance. Should be 4-6 seconds depending on weight of vehicle, traffic conditions and weather.
Everyone should have to take Smith Systems Driver Safety Training.
Key 1: Aim high in steering. Have at least a 15 second eye lead time.
Key 2: Get the big picture. Check at least one mirror every 5-8 seconds. Position your vehicle so you can see. Stay further back from larger vehicles so they don’t block your view ahead. 4-6 second following distance.
Key 3: Keep your eyes moving. Don’t fixate on anything for more than 2 seconds. Scan left right left prior to going thru intersection.
Key 4: Leave yourself an out. Space cushion driving.
Key 5: Make sure they see you. Use your warning devices properly to communicate with other drivers.
Know and utilizing these skills will absolutely help you avoid accidents.
You should also always back into parking spaces instead of pull in unless you are going to be able to pull all the way thru to next parking spot.

The idiots who think their time is more important than everyone else's
Another pet peeve is drivers who seem to think, the ONLY tool in their kit is the brake. Competent use of the accelerator is required as well.
Also, I know it's some dumb setting on newer vehicles, but I hate the drivers who - in the dusk or actual dark - have no tail lights on and only their parking lights in the front.
