They were on my FB but I untagged her and removed the one she was in on Saturday obviously. She also went to 3 other tailgates in that area.

Sure, but that's caused by prohibition, not limited by it. You'll note that InBev and Heineken employees don't routinely commit crimes against one another.

Many people in academia indulge in the scooby snacks. It’s one of the perks of the career choice. As long as you use and keep it at home, a blind eye is turned. This is a mere party foul. She should leap into the school EAP, and ask for treatment.
