You are complaining about upvotes and downvotes without any irony my guy. Maybe other people recognize how retarded your opinions are, and are voting with their hearts?

how do we deal with perverse incentives which appear with even tiny amounts of money.

I’m not in the medical field, and I have no answer for that other than they should be eliminated completely. I don’t know if that’s possible. Monetary incentives will trump what’s best for the patient, and that was the entire point of my post.

“Our Country definitely needs more mental health aid. We have a huge need.”

Best our government will give is $40B more to the Ukraine.

You haven't presented any argument, idiot. You've just been decompensating because I pointed out the idiocy of your original post. Everything else you've said is just trying to avoid dealing with that, like I referenced earlier.

So again, run along my bitch.

Right, but in the case I presented, it would have been better for the patient and their families in both the short-term and long-term to be less parsimonious with other people's money and use some of the allocated budget to wine and dine the foundation in order to continue holding and then expanding the event. But we weren't interested in politicking the board for their continued largesse. We wanted to build something that people could use. In this sense, trying to design a system in which the monetary incentives align with the patients health is the goal, but playing politics is also necessary here. That necessity can invite its own conclusions about the way we fund these things, and I'd rather just continue trying to do the right thing than to play any political game at all.

It's cute that you think the President has anything to do with policy in this country.

This board blames Biden for everything and praises Trump for his “brilliant” economic policies. Idk. Which is it?

Boy parenting has a roll to play! Don’t find a company to blame on parental problems that’s like blaming daylight savings time to say you can’t get firewood split! Get a light!

Are we acting like he was normal and happy yesterday and all of this behavior manifested after breakfast this morning? Maybe some care when the problems start showing, before they grow to emergency room status?
