There are women leaders in the book, but it’s more grounded in that some guys are resistant a little bit. And they’re not black, but really this is a television show trying to condition people to look up to sassy black women. I fricking hate that. How many black female detectives or major crimes leaders exist that are sassy black women?
Any LEOs on board here who extol the wonderful wisdom, mental acuity, and intelligent, irrefutable leadership skills of a sassy black female law enforcement / 911 leaders that we keep seeing on TV?
And Christensen’s character in the books is a mentally deranged, vicious bitch who murdered someone because Trent couldn’t arrest them. She was crazy. Used to give boys handjobs in their foster homes and be regularly abused when she was young. She was in and out of his life at odd times. She was fricked in the head.

Can't really explain why, but pit hair on a woman is maybe the #1 biggest turnoff for me. If she was missing an arm it would be less of a turnoff.
